Polywin Industries is a leading manufacturer of Industrial Flexible Cables such as PVC single core cable, rubber cables, flexible cables, multi core round flexible cables, instrumentation cables and copper control cable from Jaipur. We manufacture single core flexible cables which have higher flexibility due to larger number of strands in the conductors and are used for wiring of control panels, machines and various electrical installations in small, medium and large industries where bending radius is less. These single core industrial cables are used for applications where extreme flexibility is required with high current capacity, such as in Power Applications - Switchboards, flexible droppers from bus bars, transformers, load banks or other equipment requiring fixed or flexible wiring; in Pumping Applications - Suitable for permanent submersion

Distinguishing Features :

Conductor:

Conductor for Cables are drawn from electrolytic grade Copper to ensure compliance with global standards. Annealed conductors are bunched together on custom built heavy duty bunching machines to impart concrete shape to the conductor.

Insulation:

The insulation process is carried out of modern high speed extrusion lines with high accuracy, ensuring consistence in performance. PVC used as insulator, which is specially formulated, has good dielectric and physical properties.

STANDARD COLORS: Red, Yellow, Blue, Black and Green

STANDARD LENGTH: 90 Meter Coils in Protective Carton. Project Coils of 180/270 metres are also available.
